BASIS Organizing IT Fairs in Khulna and Sylhet

BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services) is going to organize IT fairs in Sylhet and Khulna in February and March 2007.

In Sylhet, the three-day fair will be held at the Hafiz Complex at Bandar Bazar on February 23-25 and in Khulna, the fair will be held in the ZIA Hall on March 1-3.

As part of the awareness of information and communications technology, BASIS planned to arrange of five regional IT fairs in Chittagong, Bogra, Rajshahi, Khulna and Sylhet.

These fairs were supposed to be held on 2006 but due to political instability they are going to take place now.

After successfully organizing the regional fairs in Chittagong, Bogra and Rajshahi in 2006 and BASIS got wonderful response both from local users and IT businessmen.
